Project 1:
One of the projects I worked on is a Telecommunications Facility. My involvement in this project is in the Tender and Construction stages. It includes managing and checking the Revit model prior to issuance to the contractor for Tender and during Construction, as well as the design of the building for local submissions. I also developed a method to help check the building for fire compliances such as escape distances and compartmentation effectively.

Project 2:
Another project I worked on is set in the UK. As of writing, this project is going through council approvals while various options are concurrently being developed with the same client. The Singapore team worked closely with our UK counterparts to develop one such design option. This option tests the feasibility of nearly doubling the output of the original scheme, while integrating a large green wall facade to offset its carbon footprint and mitigate the building’s large mass especially on the facade facing a reservoir. In this process, we studied the optimal green wall facade through countless design options.

Project 3:
This project is a week-long, very fast-paced feasibility design project. The design team consists of me and two other colleagues in which we worked closely with our director, data center lead, and client. My role was to produce the design deliverables together with a colleague that has very basic Revit skills, while another colleague develops on the design and presentation deliverables with our director and the client. During this process, I led the drafting processes and guided my colleague, as we successfully exceeded the clients expectations through producing 4 seperate sets of plans that communicated the programme, fire strategy, and security strategies of the design.
