Fernvale Riverwalk is bounded by Sengkang West Avenue, Fernvale Link and Punggol Reservoir. This 20- to 22-storey high development consists of four residential blocks with 727 units of 2-, 3-, and 4-room Standard Flats.

The name Fernvale Riverwalk is inspired by nearby HDB developments such as Fernvale Rivergrove and Fernvale Riverbow, and it’s design was influenced by the existing mangroves on the site.

Fernvale Riverwalk was the pioneer project for the 36sqm 2-room unit type, now known as 2-room Flexi Type 1. The bedroom feature a full-height laminated sliding door instead of the standard door for greater flexibility in the use of space by allowing the living and bedroom to be combined as an option.
